Penn Cassels joined Edison Foard Construction Company in 1972 and became President in 1979. In 2008, Penn became Chairman of the Board. As Chairman, Penn is responsible for all major company decisions and the long-term goals & strategic planning for the company. During his tenure Edison Foard Construction Company has consistently been ranked among the Top 25 General Contractors in the Charlotte region.

Edison Cassels carries on the tradition established by his grandfather Edison G. Foard and now heads the construction company that bears his name. Having been exposed to the uniqueness of the construction industry throughout his life, his day to day involvement in the company combined with his education in the legal field provide a solid foundation to address the major decisions and goal setting for Edison Foard, Inc. His responsibilities include the oversight of top level management to insure the operational and financial stability of the company as well as strategic planning for continued success.
Mark KolbVP / Operations
Mark Kolb joined Edison Foard in 1991 and was named Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer in 2008. As Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer, Mark is responsible for all field operations and ensuring that the project team executes the project plan successfully.
Judy Morgan joined Edison Foard in 1988 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 1994. As Chief Financial Officer, Judy is responsible for developing financial organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to management; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
