We at Edison Foard, Inc. strive to be strategic partners in the construction process, not just the contractor.  We believe in a collaborative approach with the customer and architect to work as a team in setting and achieving goals for projects.  New ideas and the ability to remain fast and flexible in the construction process allow us to be competitive.

Most projects start with a solid foundation and a personalized system used at the pre-construction stage that provides precise planning, budgeting and scheduling.  We utilize the current technologies available for our business.  Our estimators use digitized estimating which can produce fast, accurate estimates starting with the most preliminary drawings, and our project managers use scheduling software to enable us to anticipate potential setbacks before problems occur.  With all of this insight we can remain on target and/or advance the construction process to save time and money.  Technology has advanced our profession a great deal over the past decade, but rest assured, first and foremost we are builders!
