Edison Foard was excited to lead the renovation of the Windsor Jewelers shop at Philips Place in Charlotte, NC. This renovation was on a tight schedule and had to be accomplished in less than 45 days so that this shop would be open in time for the Valentine’s Day rush.
This renovation was extensive and included interior demolition along with restroom renovations. Once demolition was completed, our team added new doors and frames, sprinkler heads, additional supply and return air registers, and ductwork. We also added replacement finishes, including architectural woodwork, flooring, and wall coverings, plus new display areas that included display cases and shelving. These new and renovated store fixtures allowed for larger Rolex displays.
Despite the tight timeline and substantial work required, our amazing team completed this project on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
