The Tuskaseegee Alteration was a massive undertaking that required Edison Foard to be focused on the building’s attractiveness as well as the overall functionality of the space.
This project was an exterior renovation of a 20,220 SF warehouse on just over an acre. The renovation was extensive and included new roofing, exterior siding, windows, and doors. It also required mechanical and electrical upgrades. Edison Foard was also tasked with building a new parking area at the rear, including a full civil construction package.
The front end of the building was extensively altered to improve curb appeal, including landscaping enhancements. Despite this project’s complexity, Edison Foard got the job done efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.
