901 Tuckaseegee Alteration

Exterior renovation of 20,220 sf warehouse which sits on just over an acre. Renovation includes new exterior siding, windows, and doors along with electrical upgrades. A new parking area will be developed in the rear of the building which includes a full civil construction package. There will be extensive alterations into the front end of the building in order to improve overall curb appeal. Landscaping and utility improvements will be part of the alterations as well.
