Edison Foard had the privilege to work on the $126.9 million expansion project for the Charlotte Convention Center. The project was completed in October 2021, and the expansion added more than 50,000 square feet of public space. Upon its completion, this project was awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Operations and Maintenance (O+M) Gold Certification due to its significant energy and water conservation measures, including energy-efficient heating and cooling units, enhanced recycling, food composting and food service donations stations, and more.
